Analytics is technology and methods that contribute to correct business decisions by means of of data analysis. We help the organization to analyze the data so that they can make the correct decisions themselves. Success with analytics depends on data quality, experience with analysis and correct presentation of the analysis. All our consultants are seniors with over 15 years of experience in data analysis. We have experienced the development of tools used within Business Intelligence and Business Analytics from the mid-1990s onwards until today.

Simple and cost-effective database queries will need expertise to be as effective as possible. Good data extraction is important when the amount of data keeps getting bigger and more complicated. Analytics has all the experience needed to give the customer this security. Over many years, we have built up a good reputation experience database on how to model correctly and efficiently with a view to effective analyses.

Analytics has worked with several different industries. We have followed our customers over several years, adapting the analysis architecture to developments in their industry. This has made us comprehensive consultants who know how customers can benefit from the changes that are coming to their environment, both in the short and long term. We have implemented solutions in large companies that remain effective over several years. We can do this since we have built up solid experience and expertise in our customers' areas of expertise.

Do you want to help develop your own workplace?

With us, you get the opportunity to do just this, as our new colleague and co-owner of Analytics AS. We believe you have a few years' experience in the field, either from a consulting company or the Analytics/BI department in a larger company.

You probably have a mercantile education with an interest or additional education in technology. Alternatively, you have a technical education with a good understanding of business and experience, preferably from several subject areas.

It is very positive if you have experience of working across several disciplines.

You have good technical understanding and experience with technical issues.

A few years of experience in modelling, visualization, integrations and architecture is an advantage.

What personal qualities are we looking for?

You are highly analytical, structured, solution-oriented and responsible, in addition to constantly searching for better ways of doing things. Furthermore, we believe that you want to understand how things work, like to get involved across disciplines and have good communication skills.

You have good oral and written Norwegian and English skills.
